Pre-Order Info & Policies

•Our pre-order items have a typical turn around time of 3-4 weeks! If we have to do further customization once we receive the item, it will be 4-6 weeks depending on quantity! Turn around time is the time it takes us to ship to you! We are not responsible for shipping delays once the post office has received your item.

We list our turn around time with each item set and caption to ensure you are aware at purchase.

Turn around time starts at the day after the pre-order closes, not from the day you place your order in the pre-order window unless stated otherwise at time of order!

ALL of our communication is done through email in regard to order updates, questions we might have for you, and if for some reason there is an issue or delay. We also post on our facebook page and group. You are welcome to message us on Facebook, but you will receive a much faster reply through our email, info@sayredesignco.shop

•Pre-Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are placed. We intend to ship all Pre-Orders as close to our intended ship date as possible and will endeavor to contact you should this change.

 

If you purchase a pre-order item with other ready to ship items and choose shipping at checkout, all of your items will be shipped once the entire order is fulfilled. If you are local pickup, you are welcome to come get your items as they are ready. If you need your items shipped, it is encouraged that you place separate orders if you would like items outside of pre-orders sooner. You will receive emails regarding all order fulfillment, pickup information and/or tracking info.

•We do a quality inspection of each item before we hand them over to you. If on the rare occasion, something is wrong with the item, we will refund you or replace the item.

•We do not accept returns or exchanges in pre-order items unless Sayre Design Co. or their distributor is responsible for the issue.
