General Shipping & Ordering Info: -ALL items ship through USPS, or you can pick up locally at Sayre Design Co. in Alma, AR.
-If you choose to pick up in Alma, an email will be sent to you with pick-up location following order fulfillment. Due to Sayre Design Co. being a home-based business, we don't have it on public for safety reasons.
-We are NOT Amazon if you are looking to receive any products within 3 days we are not the shop for you. -Shipping costs and options will be accurately displayed to you at checkout to pick from.
-Shipping is calculated by weight of item.
-If you happen to purchase all items that are ready to ship they will MOST LIKELY ship before the 5 days. We do not hold orders back to keep them in line. If an order is pulled and all items are RTS it will ship out right away!
-No returns or exchanges unless it is the mistake of Sayre Design Co.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders can’t be modified once placed only cancelled.
-Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed EXCEPT pre-orders.
Turn around times mean that is the amount of days in which that order will SHIP from Sayre Design Co.
Ready to Ship items ship from Alma within 2-5 business days. -Ready to ship items are items we have made, packaged, and in inventory. Custom/Made to Order items are typically done and shipped within 10 business days unless stated in the products description, depending on the item. -Full payment is required for custom items at time of order. -Before custom items are made, Sayre Design Co requires final approval of design from you through email or Facebook messenger. -Sayre Design Co. will reach out personally through email regarding large quantity custom orders or issues we may face keeping typical turn around time.
-Rush fees are available if necessary.
Package loss, damage, delays, etc:
-Sayre Design Co does not cover lost, damaged or stolen packages.
-Tracking will be provided on all orders through Shop app and email.
-Once USPS accepts the order we have zero control over the package or when it’s delivered. Typical delivery times are 3-7 days depending on where you live. All packages ship from Alma, AR!
-If your package says delivered but you do not have it please contact your local post office and file a missing package claim. We can not see anymore then you can with tracking information. Sorry!
