Ordering, Turnaround Time & Policies

At Sayre Design Co., every order is made with intention, attention to detail, and a whole lot of love 💕 As a small, made-to-order boutique, our turnaround times vary by product type. We batch many orders to keep costs down and avoid raising prices, so you always receive the best quality at the most fair price.

Below is everything you need to know about how ordering, shipping, and timelines work!

Payment is due at time of order for all of our items unless stated otherwise or agreed upon with Sayre Design Co.

🛍️ Ordering Schedule

Apparel Orders (Onesies, Tees, Crewnecks & More)

We place apparel orders every Sunday evening. Orders typically ship or are placed in our pickup box Thursday–Saturday of the following week, depending on order volume.

Examples:

  • Order Monday the 2nd → Goes with Sunday the 8th batch → Ships the following Thursday–Saturday (up to 10–11 business days TAT)
  • Order Saturday the 7th → Goes in Sunday the 8th → Faster turnaround

👉 Need it sooner or by a certain date? Let us know! We’ll always do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders have specific closing dates listed in each product description. Orders are placed on those dates and turnaround times vary by item.

⏱️ Turnaround Times by Product

Turnaround time (TAT) is the number of days until your order ships from Sayre Design Co., not delivery time.

  • 👕 Apparel: Up to 10–11 business days
  • 🥤 Custom items (non-resin): 4–5 days
    • If item is in stock: 1–2 day ship time
  • 👗 Custom outfit pre-orders: 4–5 weeks from closing date
  • 🎀 Bows & head wraps:
    • In-stock fabric: 2–3 days
    • Custom fabric orders: about 1 week
  • 💻 Digital items: 2–4 days (often sooner)

If your order is pulled and all items are ready to ship, it will go out immediately — we do not hold orders to keep them in line.

🚚 Shipping & Local Pickup in Alma, AR

  • ALL orders ship via USPS or may be picked up locally in Alma, Arkansas
  • Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout based on weight
  • Typical USPS delivery time: 3–7 days depending on location
  • All packages ship from Alma, AR

 

We offer free porch pickup for those local to us in Alma, Arkansas.


If you select local pickup, you will receive an email with pickup details after fulfillment.

Because we are a home-based business, our address is not publicly listed for safety reasons.

Your order will be placed in a shopping bag with your name on it in the metal parcel box near the ramp on our porch. No need to let us know you’re coming unless it’s after 7 PM!

 

🔁 Order Changes, Returns & Cancellations

  • ❌ No returns or exchanges unless the error is on Sayre Design Co.
  • ❌ ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • Orders cannot be modified once placed
  • ✅ Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • 🚫 Pre-orders cannot be cancelled

📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

  • Sayre Design Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Tracking is provided via email
  • Once USPS accepts your package, delivery timing is outside of our control

If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have your package, please contact your local post office to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot access additional tracking details beyond what you see.

You are welcome to message us on our socials but some days notifications do not always come through. Email is 99% of the time guaranteed!

We often respond sooner, but we do have scheduled check-in times throughout the day.
