Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If you receive your order and it is damaged please reach out to us immediately via our "Contact Us" button or email us at info@sayredesignco.shop with photo proof of damages so we can send you a replacement or a store credit that will be valid for 30 days. Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case by case basis. We are NOT responsible for stolen items and/or items not received and/or items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Shipping Protection
Sayre Design Co. Shipping Protection provides comprehensive coverage for your package, in the event that your order does not arrive safely or intact. With 100% protection, you can trust that if your package is lost* or damaged your purchase will be replaced or refunded. This service is provided by Sayre Design Co. and does not use any third party companies to ensure the best and most convenient resolutions for you.
If you are needing to file a claim on a missing or damaged order please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sayredesignco.shop
If your package is damaged please send photos to the above email.
*Packages marked as DELIVERED via the shipping service (USPS or UPS) will need to go directly through them.
Sayre Design Co. is not responsible for stolen packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our products are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
We absolutely do not offer refunds on ANY custom items unless the issue is the fault of Sayre Design Co. (a name or words were spelled wrong, the colors were incorrect, in groups of items, orders things were mixed up that were stated in the original order etc.). Purchase will not be refunded until the item is shipped back to Sayre Design Co. in NEW condition and determined refundable.
We will not replace an item until the wrong or mishandled item/s are returned to us in new condition.
IF the product is damaged IN TRANSIT we then offer replacements or store credit.
ALL refunds are subject to Sayre Design Co.‘s discretion and must meet the criteria listed above to be considered.
