In the special instructions box please state the name you want on your bottle and an idea of what you want for the design. The more thorough the better! We can do just about anything. All designs are made and printed in house! When we receive your order we will reach out if needed for any additional needed information through email or Facebook if we know you so please keep that in mind while your order is open!
